Do you have questions?
No returns on trims, moldings, glue, adhesives, underlayments, cleaners and accessories.
All materials returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee as charged by our manufacturers and distributors. Acceptance of returns is at suppliers discretion. No Returns on any discontinued or special buy products. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any products. Any returns without return authorization will be refused. All products must be in original packaging and unopened. You are responsible for all freight costs on returned products. We will not accept any collect shipments. Any products that arrive to our warehouses that are damaged, will be refused.
We value you as our customers. We do allow returns on certain items. Please see our detailed list below for our guidelines.
Receiving Your Order
Confirm that you are receiving the correct product and quantities. If any product is missing, it MUST be notated on the delivery receipt. Inspect all boxes and packages for damages. Look for characteristics like dents, gouges, rounded corners, opened boxes, broken containers, and etc. Any such damage must be clearly notated on the delivery receipt and signed by BOTH you and the delivery driver. Not all orders will have visible proof of damage. In the event that you receive your order and later notice damage that was concealed, you must contact us within 48 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS
Damages
In the event that an item has been damaged in shipment or items are missing from your order, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. There will not be any difficulties having the items replaced. All damaged items must be held for the delivery carriers to inspect or collection at their disposal. They cannot be discarded or used without their approval. Failure to present damaged goods upon request will result in the claim being denied. Also note that any damages must be reported to floormania.com within three days of receipt of goods by customer.
