An Item Is Missing
Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
My Order Didn't Arrive
We're sorry, but orders cannot be tracked door to door. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
An Item Is Damaged or Defective
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from FloorMania.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. See our Returns Policy for exceptions.  Shipping charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. When paying with a credit card, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. When paying online with a credit card, your payment is automatically processed when you place the order. If your order is canceled after payment has been made, we will issue a credit to your account for the amount of the purchase within 10 business days.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Floor Mania strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Floor Mania cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Floor Mania shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Floor Mania may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
What confirmations should I expect once I've placed an order?
You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you paid by credit card, and your credit card was approved, this email will confirm your order. Otherwise, it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how to resubmit your payment. Once your order ships, your credit card will be charged, and a shipment confirmation email will be sent.

If you paid from a checking account, the funds will be deducted from your account as soon as you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order and a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
How to change or cancel your order...
You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Cancel." You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment.* 

If you need to change an existing order, you can either cancel the order and place a new one, or you can place a new order for the items that you did not include in the first order.

*We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have processed your order for shipping.
